- Create a free account, open My Projects and describe the work, the address and your budget range. Your project goes out to licensed and insured contractors in your area and you receive bids you can compare.
- Does it cost anything to post a project?
- Posting a project and receiving bids is free for clients. You only pay the contractor you choose, on the terms in their bid.
- What size of projects can I post?
- Anything from a single patch or one room of drywall to full basement builds, multi-unit renovations and commercial fit-outs. Small jobs and large construction contracts both go through the same bidding system.
- How do contractors and construction companies sign up?
- Trades and construction companies register on the Work With Us page, add their business details, insurance and WSIB information, and tag the scopes of work they cover. Once the compliance details check out they can see and bid on posted jobs.
- Which areas do you cover?
